This policy covers the samevibes.app website only. The app will have its own policy, published before launch. This is a translation of the Italian original; if they differ, the Italian text prevails.

What we collect
Nothing. The site has no forms, uses no cookies, doesn’t count visits and stores nothing on your device.
Technical server data
To show you the pages and protect them from attacks, our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical data on our behalf, such as your IP address, browser type and the time of the request, and keeps it for a short time. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and working (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
If you email us
We use your email address and your message only to reply to you. The legal basis is your request. We delete the conversation within 12 months of the last exchange. Emails pass through Cloudflare’s forwarding service.
Data outside the European Union
Cloudflare, Inc. is based in the United States. The transfer is covered by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, restrict its use or object to its processing by writing to [email protected]. You can also file a complaint with the Italian data protection authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, garanteprivacy.it) or with the authority in the country where you live.
